Evaporator fan keeps runnunig

Brand: Whirlpool Age: 1 - 5 years

The evaporator fan seems to run all the time and sounds as though the bearing is going out of it. Is the running all the time normal?

Freezer fans will run all the time, this keeps it all cool and reduces the inside humidity.
