ice buildup
Model Number: GSS25SGMDBS Brand: GE Age: 5 - 10 years
we have ice build up around the ice shute on the inside of the freezer door. any ideas of how to cure will be deeply appreciated.

Very likely the ice door in the ice dispenser is not closing properly. Remove the dispenser front panel and check the ice door. The disassembly instructions are attached to the reply.
