Have a GE fridge that was running fine, yet noisy. Tenant moved out and emptied fridge, so I pulled the plug. Now I plug it in and it "runs" though I cannot say I hear the compressor kicking in, and it does not get cold. Any ideas? Relay? Low on 134A? I install hvac systems, split systems usually, but have never really dealt with servicing a fridge. Purchased it in 2007 from Sears. Any ideas??
