Our refrigerator was running and running and the door was hot to the touch inside when you opened it. Action Appliance (say away!) came out and gave us a new fan (charged $400 for it) which said they would "fix the problem" because there was a short detected in the line. Until they could go and get the part, they got the fan restarted and the frige ran just fine and was cool for 5 hours. They said it would konk out so replaced the fan. They said the only other thing that could be the problem would be the circuit board (the part number AP3962998 for the circuit board) but I have now read all these reviews and many many dissatisfied customers.... I don't trust them. So my question is what are the causes for our 'frige to run hot? Fan? Circuit board? Anything else? If so, can these be replaced by me meaning are they easy to be replaced? Thanks, Suzie
