First of all I just found this site so I hope it is helpful.
I have a GE profile Artica. The freezer will run at 5-9 degrees and the fridge will run between 41-44. Then it will cool down to normal settings of 0 degrees and 37 degrees. Usually happens late at night. BUT it does it often enough to melt all ice in ice maker. It then re freezes in the ice maker. Milk is starting to taste a little funny at 44 degrees. I pulled the cardboard panel. Fan is running and compressor is hot. Blew all of the dust and cobwebs off. What could be the problem? Low refrigerant?
