Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 7/12/2010(UTC) Posts: 1		I replaced the klixson overload, start relay and run capacitor.....amp probe shows about 2 amps at start...but still overheats and trips the overload after a few seconds. The ohms readings are great between common and start and run and no grounds are read either. Would a hard start kit be ok? It has an Embraco compressor, EMY60HSC, which i believe is 0.176 hp. The Supco kit i was considering is an RCO810. OOPs...looks like the Embraco is a 600 Btu/h(thermal) so that would make the conversion to about 175 watts and closer to a 1/4 hp....
