Refrigerator & Freezer Repair

Hello:
I have a 4 yr old Frigidaire side by side refrigerator working fine without any problems. The water dispenser (actuator), the plastic part broke off and I am trying to replace the same. I bought the part from Appliance Parts but cannot get the bottom tray open to get to the screws of the dispenser window. Can you please guide me to replace this part.....

I forgot to attach a picture of the parts which I hope will make it easier to understand as to what I was trying to say in my earlier post. I am trying to replace part no. 24 and cant seem to open up part no. 23 to access the broken part no. 24. Any help or tips will be appreciated. Thanx.....

Did you figure out how to take off the trim so you could replace the actuator?
