A whirlpool side by side refrigerator came in the house I just bought. The icemaker and water dispenser work fine, but the ice dispenser will not dispense either cubed or crushed ice. The only sound made is from the dispenser door closing. I think it is a problem with the motor but I don't know how to test it. When the refrigerator is unplugged and plugged back in the IR light blinks three times in succession twice when the door is opened but then won't again unless the unit is unplugged and plugged back in again. Any ideas?
