My control panel inside refrigerator is constantly beeping .
express thaw constantly go on and off.
had to unplug when temp shot up to reset to get it back to normal but still beeping.
panel problem?

I looked at your control panel. Seems like an encoder with readout electronics.
I would unplug this encoder. If the fridg now works reliably and the temperatures go to the default settings of midrange, then this control may be bad/intermittant, but I would suspect a bad motherboard AP4436216.
If the fridg will not work with the control panel removed, then I am wrong. I just assume it functions like a normal encoder with knobs.
