Hello,
I am not getting any water out of my dispenser. The following is what I have attempted to do already. Your help will be greatly appreciated.
I have purchased from you and installed the following parts:
1). WR62X10055 - SOLENOID ASM
2). WR57X10032 - WATER VALVE
3). WR49X10233 - SPRING TORSION FIT
4). WR17X11267 - FUNNEL ICE DISPLAY
5). WR17X11170 - HOUSING SHIELD DISP
6). WR17X10706 - CRANK DOOR RECESS
7). WR23X10224 - SWITCH
8). WR02X10585 - SPRING RECESS DOOR
Additionally I have validated the water source to the unit is good. I have replaced the water filter and reset it. I held the water dispenser down several times for more than 3 minutes with no results. (HELP)

At the bottom if the door there is a connector take that connector apart, close the door and try to dispense water and if you get water to come out the hose then the line is frozen in the door.

If this is the case open the door and press the door switch and repeatedly press the switch to dispense water until water comes out the door.

GE makes a heater that will stop this from happening again.

Also if that is not the problem see if the lights dim when you try to dispense water and if so the main board is the prolblem.
