Glad I found this Forum! Recently we noticed that our fridge is not as cool as it used to be. Freezer works fine. In fact, it works too well. We've turned it all the way to low and my ice cream is still too hard to scoop out (at least last night). The fridge on the other hand, is not doing so well and we've noticed sweat on the milk jug. I checked and noticed that cool air is flowing out of the top vent of the fridge. I don't know if its a normal flow or not, but seems fine. The bottom vent has no air (cool or hot) flowing out of it. I thought...ok, maybe an ice blockage, assuming that the top and bottom vent are connected. I took off the vent cover and no ice...the styrofoam is completely dry and did'nt see any ice blocking the vent or the passage way up...maybe the ice is somewhere where I can't get at it.

Any suggestions? I searched for my model, but didn't see a diagram for it.

thanks in advance!
