A make and model may help others help you.

Often though technical data is not available for these units.

Also you did not say what is too warm.

If it is a unit that uses a compressor check that the compressor is running.
If no then it may be a thermostat problem.
If yes and the unit is frost free, it may be a defrost problem or a sealed system re: low freon etc.

If it uses a peltier cell then it could also be a thermostat problem or the fan is not working.
