Model Number: PTS22LHPARWW Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years
A week ago the freezer and refrigerator stopped cooling. I unplugged the unit, waited a couple hours and then it began working fine, We left for five days and when we returned today the unit must have stopped and then restarted again as the ice had melted in the ice bin, and refrozen. It's as if it goes into the defrost cycle, but waits too long to start cooling again.
