Unit freezes up every month
Model Number: GSS25SGMBBS Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years
This unit works perfectly for aprox. 1-2 months then it will freeze up. I have checked the defrost coil , it all right. Could the problem be in the control board.This problem seem to start when I removed the Ice crusher and despenser system.The Ice maker works OK Untill the unit freezes up.

it may be board ,check wires connected to heater ,sometimes they will burn
