Just had delivered a fridge, it was a floor model display. They must have disengaged the ice and water disp. pump and auger because it is making ice but it will not dispense ice or water. Can I reengage myself without calling a repair person. I had call Lowes where we bought it and they confirmed they do disengage them so they don't get worn out while on display. Help!

Do you know how they did it? I would have them to bring it back to the original condition. They must do it free of charge to you. Also the model number you posted does not come because it's brand new model and Whirlpool did not publish it yet.
