My Neptune TL is leaking.
I just had a repair guy out here that told me it need "Central Seal Baring" for $400-$500. Of course that's not worth it, but doing some research, I found that I might be able to get away with a tub seal and o-ring replacement. He said it was making an awful noise and that it was rusted in there (on the bottom, maybe the clutch?) ...but it doesn't sound bad to me.

Should I
1. fix the tub seal and O-ring and just see if that works? ...and maybe put in a new clutch?
2. fix the tub seal and O-ring and try to sell it before it breaks again?
3. put in a new clutch and tub seal and O-ring?
4. take it to the dump?

Please help!
