Unhappy Freezer is thawing!!
Model Number: 253.53612301   Brand: Kenmore   Age: 1 - 5 years   
Everything in the freezer is thawing. It is still somewhat cold, but not cold enough. The fridge is still working fine. I have tried unplugging and resetting it, and moving the temp gauge all the way to 9, but nothing is happening. Any suggestions? I'm at a loss!
