My Magtag Neptune Washer door is locked and wont open. It washes as normal, the door locked light is not lit but it wont open. When I turn it on it blinks OD and once it blecked FL. I have read about the wax motor on these but inorder to replace it I need to be able to get the door open. Any help out there?

What is the complete model number of the washer?
