My refrigerator will run at a set control temperture, than it will not run even after the freezer melted all the ice. But if I shake it, it will run again.

You might have a bad cold control in the control panel, AP3037004 or a bad condensing fan in the back of the fridg.
I would pull out the cold control, clamp an ohmeter on it and tap it to see if it is intermittant.
If ok, measure the freezer temperature (after it is running for a long period) and post.
