washing machine won't refill on rinse cycle

my washing machine fills and agitates on the wash cycle. It drains, but then on the rinse cycle it does not refill. I get no water on the rinse cycle but then when it is suppose to be full it starts to agitate as it should. Then some times it will not spin. It just started this in the last month. Also if you try to run it on the super load size it over fills and runs out on the floor. It did that for the first time today.

Pull the front off and look if the nipple that the pressure hose is on or the hose itself is clogged with soap residue. It'll be on the lower left of the tub. If it's full of dark residue that's probably your issue.
Alternatively open the console and blow down that hose, if it doesn't easily pass air into the tub it's clogged.
