When the oven is turned on, the spark igniter lights the burner and it remains on for 5-seconds and then shuts off. After 30 seconds it will repeat the same process, the spark ignites the burner, it runs for 5 seconds and shuts off. The broiler is doing the exact same thing. What's causing this? What's the fix?

I got it fixed!
The range was purchased used; when it was hooked up at the new location it did not work.
The polarity on the electrical outlet was switched and it worked fine!
