Dryer stopped working (over heated?) so replaced the thermal fuse. Worked for a week then stopped again. Replaced thermostats, no luck. Control panel lights up, you can change the settings, but doesn't start. Any suggestions?

Is the thermal fuse still OK? If you have vent problems it will keep popping the T fuse.

Fuse is still good. Checked it with the meter. Vent is clean all the way to the outside outlet. Maybe the door switch?

I changed the T fuse (just in case) & put a thermostat kit & dryer worked when I tested it. (turned it on for approx 3 seconds then turned it off) 30 minutes later I put a load in the dryer and nothing. Dead. Panel or inside light won't light up. Tested terminal, cord, plug & outlet and they were fine. Tested the control board and it was fine (0.2 ohms). Is there a way to test the user control panel to see if it is the problem? Hate to have to buy on if I don't have to. (didn't change the broken belt switch) Is there a Reset switch somewhere?
