Hi,

My kenmore dishwasher is not draining completely after it finishes a cycle. If i select cancel/drain it will drain the water just fine. I already cleaned out the filters and checked for debris. i also cleaned out the hose line but the problem is still there. please help.

Regards,

Sanjay

Hi.

You need to make sure the pump filter, the drain hose and the air-gap are all clean. Disconnect the drain hose from the air-gap, put the hose in a tall bucket, start the dishwasher in the drain cycle and check the strength of the water flow. If water is not shooting from the hose you may need a new drain pump. If it does, then check the air-gap.

Good luck. Please, keep us posted of the results.

Thank you,

Simon.
