Have been trying to reply to a post I started and to a reply by Fairbanks56, but get a message every time I try of:

Post rejected because of a rating of :20 Rejection set at 20

Not sure what this means. Is this something I can change so that I can post a reply?

Are there any banned words? Really don't think I am using any bad or offensive ones. Would really like to reply and decide what to do about my washer, but site won't accept reply to my previous thread.

Spydoorman, sorry for the inconvenience. As any other popular forum out there, we've been slammed with autobots posting spam thousands of times a day. One of the tools we use to fight spam works to prevent a post going live based on specific words or characters found in the post. Things like viagra, or nike tennis shoes, etc. Please, email me the text you were trying to post and I'll see why the anti spam tool is being triggered. My email is forum at appliancepartspros.com.

My first post, and big brother stepped in. There were no dirty words and nothing unrelated to my inquiry. Just have to blow this site off, and this company, too!

I am having issues too. I emailed you @ forum at appliancepartspros.com
I hope that you can help me figure out. No curse works, shady words, etc. I think your filters are set too strict?

Same issue. Makes me want to buy parts elsewhere. It was the ability to ask questions here that attracted me.

Sorry for the necro but this is a horrible way to police the forum. Set up the user having to authenticate via a link or something. I have a post that I am unable to post as well. What should I do?

My innocuous (look it up) post seeking help with a problematic wine cooler is tripping some threshold set within your content filter widgit. I receive the message below each time I attempt to submit my post:

"Post rejected because of a score of: 120 Rejection set to: 20."

Seriously?

Perhaps you could tweak your content filter widgit so that, you know, the forum actually works. It seems contrary to provide a public forum that no one can contribute to. I'm not the only schmuck complaining about this.

In lieu of modifying the content filter, perhaps you might respond to this message with a contact where I can submit my dopey post for review... to purge it of any offensive keywords and whatnot.

"Compressor..? Why I hardly even know her."
