Our GE Dishwasher just started to not drain completely. There is about 1/2" of water left standing in the tub. I tried rerunning the machine thru a cycle to no avail. I'm handy, but not familiar with washing machines... so i'd need instructions with any advise please. :)

Thanks in advance,
Amy

Hi.

Check the drain hose at the air- gap and air- gap itself.

Check the drain pump and the flapper.

Here is the breakdown diagram and Motor - pump mechanism replacement parts for General Electric PDWT480P00SS DISHWASHER | AppliancePartsPros.com

Thank you.

Simon.
