:confused: replaced back rollers dryer spins freely when empty add laundry it turns slowly or not at all

Check to make sure you have your belt properly reinstalled. If it is then you can manually turn drum, but it will show some resistance and not turn freely. If the drum turns freely and the motor is working I think your belt is not positioned correctly on the tensioner.
