The washer will not go into high spin in any mode. I put it in test mode. Everything worked except the high spin. It will only spin upto around 100 rpm. When the washer call for a high spin it will spin slowly for 15-20 secs ding and stop. Then the pump will run for a couple seconds and the slow spin will start again. It will continue this cycle until you stop it.

Any ideas what the culprit may be?
