I have a Whirlpool GX5FHDXVY (french door, bottom freezer drawer) that's only 2 months old, the freezer doesn't seem to be sealing. There appears to be a magnetic seal on the top and left side, but there doesn't seem to be any magnetic seal on the right side. Getting lots of frost, ice cream not completely frozen. It will be a few days before I can get a repairman out there, is there some easy way to fix this? I can't believe it's already broken.

Check and make sure nothing is behind the drawer preventing it from closing properly. Also review you use and care manual, for door adjustment procedures. Hope this helps.
