the washer fills and the level now works, but now the washer will not agitate. the washer just sits there through the cycle, then when time is up it goes into spin cycle, so the tub does spin, but will not agitate, what could be wrong, could i have some wires hooked up wrong? there are two connectors, a red and a white one, could they be hooked up incorrectly?

A Model Number might help.

Also where are the two connectors?

Could be the level switch contacts which close to tell the machine that the unit is full of water and it should agitate are not closing.
