Hi Everyone,

I have a GE fridge that I am trying to replace the water filter on. Not sure of the model number right this second, but have checked it in the past and confirmed that it uses the MFE water filter. Every time I try to install the new water filter ... well, I took a video of the process on my phone:

What's going on??
Thank you!

A model number may be helpful.

If you can look up into where the filter screws in.
There is probably a rubber seal or O-ring up there.
Perhaps it is out of position or deformed.

A mirror and a flashlight may help you do the above.
