Panasonic Microwave, at my Daddy's house, he is in a home, house sits empty most of the time microwave says plugged in. Keypad timer digits and cancel button work OK as does the light inside. The keypad power level buttons and start button do not work at all - not even a sound when pushed. We tried unplugging and replugging in - did not help. What is wrong? Are parts replaceable? Available? oven is probably ten years old or more.
