Hi Guys may not be right place to post, just want an expert opinion.
I replaced a set of lavoritory taps today (washerles design) when I attached the flexible braided pipe to the taps, the soft copper line from the Faucet twist a little ( sometimes have a tendency to overtighten). I did not try to back it off and it is working great. Should that be OK.

Should be ok. Remember, there probably is a soldered joint where the copper pipe mates with the valve body. Any more twisting may damage the joint.
