Thanks much--that worked perfectly--part was about $14--my daughter just had the same thing happen to her identical make and model--she hired it done--over $200.   Yikes and ka-ching.  Thank you again.[/quote]

	When door was opened, heard a loud snap, and all the tension is gone from the hinge/spring. HELP.
