I love my ice maker, but it continues to make clumps the size of a brick. The first repairman thought it was normal (can see drips from top) telling me that it had to fill up the grates. Second repairman adjusted the door, thinking that it wasn't shutting tightly. Immediately after that, the bricks became much larger. I have to break up the ice before I can scoop it out. Any suggestions?
