Tilt the washer back. Remove the belt and check how freely the pump pulley is moving in both directions. Post the results.

I just moved and after setting up the washer found it no longer completely drains, some water is left and the clothes are soaked. I have tried eeverything to get it to completely drain but nothing works, could something have happened during the move? It worked fine before.
Would appreciate any help you can give me.
Thanks
