I recently purchased a replacement digital timer kit (WB19X1006) to replace the mechanical timer that stopped working in my wall oven. I installed the new timer following the installation instructions to the best of my ability. However, nothing but the heating elements function. No oven light, no timer light, no timer function, etc.
I marked the wires from the old timer and installed as instructed. However, there were two wires on the old timer that have no home on the new timer (per instructions) and are not connected to the new timer. These are a red wire and a black wire. I suspect they may have something to do with the lack of power to the oven light, timer, etc. Can someone provide some help to get this thing operational? Thanks
