The handle of my GE microwave is broken. The bottom screw is not readily accessible. I have followed the video on Utube and the other instructions to remove the inside panel. Following these instructions and using a putty knife as in the video, I was able to partially remove the outside not inside frame. I was able to pry it apart everywhere except the bottom corner where the lower screw is located. I stopped for fear of breaking it, and snapped it back in place. Is there something special about removing the handle in this model microwave.
