Here are your parts
Replacement parts for FRIGIDAIRE PLES389ECG Frigidaire/electric Range | AppliancePartsPros.com

Here is a wiring diagram
http://manuals.frigidaire.com/prodinfo_pdf/Lassomption/318271934.pdf

Here is a fault code listing etc.
http://frigidaireservicetips.com/pdfs/547_RangeFaultCodesandRTDchart.pdf

I could not find a manual for this specific unit but some of the info in the following will be applicable.
http://frigidaireservicetips.com/pdfs/477_5.pdf

Now that I have loaded you up with info it looks like a oven sensor )probe problem (item 37 in Section 2 of the parts)
I do not know of a reset button. You could try unplugging it or flipping the breaker for 20 minutes or so to see if that does anything.

Following is a good site with basic repair info
http://www.applianceaid.com/elecrange.html
Check out 7, 8 and 20.
From the parts it looks like a new sensor has to be installed using wire nuts if it's plug is different. Get the hard plastic/ceramic/bakelite (not sure what they are made of) type.
