Thank you sii much for all the information. I am going to order a new evap fan motor and hopefully that fixes the problem. I will let you know

So The freezer is cold, along with the bottom half of fridge. However, the top half of the fridge is not that cold. The evap fan is not turning on. I took the evap fan out and did OHM test. Never left zero. So.. could it be the control timer board or the thermostat? I clicked the light switch in the fridge 5 times then again 5 times to start the cooling but still no evap fan.
