The first thing I would do is remove the rear cover and clean the condenser coil. Also make sure the fan next to the condenser coil is running when the compressor is "on".

Here are the break down diagrams for the Kitchen Aid refrigerator Model KBRS21KDWH01

New here...

I have a Kitchen Aid KBRS21KDWH01.

The fridge and freezer are both cool but not cool enough to keep frozen in the freezer and my beer cold in the fridge.

I'm pretty handy but I don't know where to start trouble shooting a fridge.

I had a similar fault in 2002 which was repaired by the replacement of a relay (part number 4318083)

Could this part have failed again?

Any diagnostic tips would help.
