I have reviewed the timer and I didn't see the defrost cycle time labeled, either this in the diagram.
I'll try to force a defrost cycle, just you said. But there is not a control switch on/off. There is a slide control.
Have I to slide it to turn the compressor off/on 3 times within 6 seconds?
That´s the way to turn the control on/off?

It may be labled on your timer. It's located inside the control console. Here's a diagram that mey help. Try forcing a defrost cycle by turning the control off, then on, three times within six seconds. Time it. Post your results.

Hi, somebody know wich is the defrost cycle time for the refrigerator model GT1926PVCW ?.
I mean, it´s every 6 hours of compressor, 15 minutes defrosting.
8 hours of compressor, 21 minutes defrosting
12 hours of compressor, 25 minutes defrosting ....

I will appreciate your help, thanks.
