If you are saying that the motor runs and the dryer heats but the drum does not turn, then take out the drum and check the rear bearing. It may be bad, and sometimes the drum is not properly seated in the slot assembly so check that also.

There is electricity to the unit. It seems as though the drum is not level or something and that is why it will not tumble. Could there be a bolt or something broken that holds the drum?

I assume you mean that the machine will not come on at all.

Use a meter to make sure you have current to the connection block and that the door switch is ok. Then use it to check out all of the thermal devices.

Here is a service manual in case you do not have one.

I have Kenmore stackable washer/dryer. I have replaced motor and belt but drum will not turn.
