We tried baking a pizza last night and we turned on the oven, it took forever to preheat, it finally reached 425. We put the pizza in the oven and halfway through the cooking time for the pizza I checked it and the oven didn't seem to be real hot. Then I noticed that the element was not glowing orange like it always does when we use the oven. I almost think that the element is shot, there was always one spot on it that is a lot brighter then the rest when it's on. How do I take the element out to check it to see if I need to buy a new one.
