I just got a used drinking water cooler and hot water dispenser. My problem is it only heats water, and it does it on both the hot and cold side, it also heats up the water in the bottle. The fridge in the bottom of the unit works fine but no cold water, only hot out of both spigots. I also cannot get the cold water temp setting to stop the snowflake from flashing. I did not get a manuel with the unit and I may be doing something wrong?
When can I get a manuel if I were to try to repair this unit?
