The part # geh wb30x359 an element was not heating up. I order a new part & install the elment. It still does not work. Now I think its a bad control knob. I am ready to order a new knob, however I am not sure if this knob is bad or there is some other problum. Please help me. The model # is RB525oj2wh hot poit range. Thanks
