The start windings in the motor are bad most likely you have a blocked vent and lint got into the dryer and choked the motor... New motor is needed and possibly the blower wheel as they are hard to get of on dryers with some age and must be cut off...

When The Button Is Pushed To Start The Drier It Sounds Like It Is Ok But The Drum Does Not Turn. You Give It A Turn Manually And Yhen It Is Fine.
