But, why does the water stop when the water level is set to Small and Medium loads? I fiddled a little more, and the problem only occurs on the cold water shut off when the water level is set for Full loads.:confused: Originally Posted by: applianceman

Frigidare washer overflows on full load only. Small and meduim loads work OK. Pulling the plug does not stop flow. I have to shut off water supply. Is this a pressure switch or water valve problem (or both)?:confused:
