This part is not too difficult to replace. Remove the two screws on the bottom of the front panel. Grab the front panel on the bottom with two hands and pull it up for about 45° angle to release the front panel from the tabs on the top. Remove the wires from the door switch and put the front panel aside. Remove the wires from the heater assembly (draw a picture of them for yourself). Remove the screws holding the heater assembly and pull it out. You can replace the just the heating element all the whole assembly (more money - less headache).
