It could be that the transformer which supplies power to the display is shot.
I believe this is on the relay board but am not 100% sure.
Looking at the wiring diagram in the manual it shows the transformer secondary has 2 windings. One at 4 volts (probably runs the electronics) and one at 21 volts (probably runs the display). I would check these voltages.
Also check the wire/connections between the relay and control boards.

If OK then you may have received a defective replacement.

I just installed a new clock display module but I still have no display the oven still works but there is no display read out
