I had same situation (passed all tests)
so I took the chance and bought the CB ($45)
they offered to take it back if that was NOT my problem
but before I sent it back - I go a heater relay ($30)
that fixed it (I am debating on returning the CB ( cause my original had a small burned resistor - common problem on my model)
not sure what failed first, the CB (if at all) or the heater relay

My duet 9250 dryer runs through the cycle but no heat. I went through the troubleshooting in the manual but everything seems to check out ok. Could it be the ckt board? Its about $200 so I cant afford to throw parts like that at it if its not it.
